- Job title or profession (optional)
Data collected automatically when you use the site:

- Pages visited, referral source, and exit page

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors under their own security standards.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to:
- Operate your account and deliver course content
- Send service-related communications (e.g. registration confirmation, course updates)
- Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the platform (LearnWorlds as our course host, and payment processors), or as required by law.
Marketing Communications
We will only send promotional emails if you have opted in to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting support@pursuit-of-happiness.org.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the site is used via analytics tools. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. Restricting cookies may affect platform functionality.
Age Requirement
This platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a user under 18 has registered, we will delete their account and associated data promptly.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data

Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure, unless you request deletion sooner.
Third-Party Processors
Our course platform is hosted by LearnWorlds, with whom we maintain a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering GDPR requirements. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors who operate under their own privacy and security standards. These processors access only the data necessary to perform their specific function.
Changes to This Policy
We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy by email before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
